I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view over a small fjord, but they were on the first level which was a bit inconvenient. The double lower bed under the bunk was cozy, and the stunning view of the mountains made up for it. The service, however, messed up our reservation, which was frustrating. On the plus side, they offered laundry service and a welcome drink, along with assistance for tours and tickets. The location was stunning, situated in the Lofoten islands with a beautiful area around, but it was difficult to use at night for a call of nature. The lagoon behind the hotel with a small harbor for mid-size boats added charm. The included dining featured fish and chips, which was satisfying. Overall, the facilities were good, but the price could have been better for the value provided.
